Let’s Go Madison
Namaskar 🙏
Whether it is to support a charity, pursue a healthier lifestyle, or simply build resilience, I have made it a tradition to run 26.2 miles each year through the streets of Chicago and its neighboring cities since moving here with my family.
Along with these runs, I have always tried to raise awareness and support for causes close to my heart.
This year, I will be running the Madison Marathon in Wisconsin on November 15 to extend my support again to Naamghar Association of America (NAAM), a 501 (c) 3 organization.
NAAM has been actively working to promote and celebrate the remarkable legacy of Srimanta Sankardeva, while inspiring current and future generations of the Assamese diaspora to explore, understand, and embrace his philosophy, values, and immense contributions to Assamese society.
I am extending this fundraising goal hoping to play a part in a much bigger journey:
“Let’s Build a NAAMGHOR in the USA.
Your encouragement, help, and support for this meaningful cause will be immensely appreciated. Together, we can take one more step toward making this dream a reality.
Best regards,
Diganta Kalita
